Los recientes acontecimientos político-delictivos registrados en México, para tratar de impedir las reformas inaplazables que la economía y la educación pública requieren, han puesto en evidencia las debilidades, las flaquezas, las infidelidades dentro del concubinato que gobierna el país, luego del triunfo democrático de julio del 2012.

En efecto, para nadie es sorpresa el que, tanto para alcanzar una sólida candidatuira presidencial, como para asegurar la lealtad en el voto y obtener un triunfo limpio en los comicios del año anterior, Enrique Peña Nieto y las corrientes liberales afines a la modernización, fueron "cerrando círculos", mediante negociaciones con fuerzas políticas dispersas que en otros tiempos constituyeron la Familia Revolucionaria.

Dentro de dicho proceso, una de las corrientes adheridas a los liberales modernizadores fue la representada por el neocardenismo hidalguense, heredero ideológico de la antiquísima y así llamada Huasteca socialista, que tuvo a los Lugo como sus más perdurables caciques, y al Luis Echeverría anterior a ser candidato presidencial y luego Primer mandatario, a uno de sus más destacados oradores.

(Establecemos la diferencia entre el Echeverría de antes y el Echeverría ya como candidato y luego Presidente, porque como se recordará, cuando llegó a Los Pinos, desconoció a sus viejos aliados y políticos e inició la más feroz cacería contra las viejas fuerzas liberales del sistema político mexicano. Y fue así que mediante el uso de los grupos comunistas en diversos puntos del país, emprendió una violenta campaña contra los gobernadores liberales, no afines a la corriente nacional-revolucionaria de su familia política: los Zuno. Prueba de lo que decimos es la violenta forma de hacer "renunciar" a Eduardo Elizondo, a Gonzalo Bautista O´farril, a Manuel Sánchez Vite, a Carlos Armando Biebrich y demás gobernadores en funciones). 

Para la Administración de Peña Nieto, la corriente neocardenista hidalguense se reservó tanto la Secretaría de

Gobernación, con Miguel Angel Osorio Chong a la cabeza, como la Procuraduría General de la República, con Jesús Murillo Karam como titular. Y los analistas de inteligencia del exterior han creido ver en ese bloque, un dique para la profundidad de los cambios deseados por la corriente liberal modernizadora, que tiene en Atlacomulco, Estado de México, a uno de sus más sólidos y exitosos representantes. De hecho, la conformación del Nuevo PRI quedó en manos de la corriente liberal modernizadora, con César Camacho como líder.

Para dichos analistas de inteligencia del exterior, no han pasado desapercibidos algunos detalles, no menores:

*  La colocación como subsecretario de Gobernación de Roberto Campa, el primer candidato presidencial antipriísta, de la misma facción a la que la profesora Elba Esther Gordillo servía como mera cajera; aportando recursos económicos y humanos --vía las arcas y la membresía del SNTE--,

para combatir a la propia corriente modernizadora del PRI.

* La colocación de Eugenio Imaz como cabeza del CISEN. Su hermano, además de militante franco de la corriente cardenista dentro del PRD, destacó por la promoción de desmanes en la UNAM. Eugenio, sin embargo, sirvió tanto a Murillo Karam como a Osorio Chong, en diversas posiciones político-administrativas que tuvieron los hidalguenses.

* El nombramiento de Manuel Mondragón y Kalb en el área de Seguri Pública, habiendo sido uno de los más afines, cercanos y queridos de Andrés Manuel López Obrador en su campaña anti priísta.

Para los mismos analistas, el hecho de que no hayan prosperado las acciones de limpieza realizadas por Inteligencia Financiera de la Secretaría de Hacienda, para poner en al descubierto los actos indebidos de Elba Esther Gordillo, Andrés Granier Melo y demás, se debería también a la poca coadyuvancia de Gobernación y la PGR, en aras de proteger a fieles a aquellos, fieles a la corriente neocardenista. Misma que, por cierto, salió a la calle para protestar contra las reformas, haciéndole el juego a la narco-guerrilla magisterial de la CNTE. Esto es, en vez de que Gobernación y PGR estuvieran operando para desarticular el reagrupamiento de la izquierda, parecieran con las manos cruzadas frente al evidente avance del desorden y la desestabilización nacionales. Claro, con tintes cardenistas.

Por ello es que estas alturas, no resultan ociosas las preguntas públicas lanzadas por el siempre punzante Juan Bustillos, cuando ha reclamado con honestidad:

"Quisiera escuchar una explicación coherente, creíble, de la autoridad responsable, en especial de Eugenio Imaz, del Cisen, del almirante Manuel Mondragón, de la Policía Federal, o de quien saque la cara por Miguel Mancera, sobre la irrupción, “inesperada”, de los “anarquistas” que ayer sembraron violencia y caos en las calles de la capital de la República.

"Nos tragamos las explicaciones que ofrecieron el 1 de diciembre pasado porque iniciaba el gobierno de Enrique Peña Nieto y el de Marcelo Ebrard estaba de salida; unos eran novatos y a los otros interesaba deslucir el inicio del nuevo gobierno.

"Pero, de entonces a la fecha, cualquier aficionado a la investigación tendría identificados, sin lugar a dudas, a los integrantes de la brigada anarquista y a quienes, desde las sombras, los dirigen.

"Es trabajo de aficionados sin mayor mérito seguir, paso a paso, a los jóvenes encapuchados que a manera de guerrilla urbana atacan y huyen, sobre todo después de que han pasado nueve meses desde su arribo al estrellato.

"¿Nadie sabe quiénes son ni quién les paga?

"¿En dónde está la inteligencia? Supongo que de vacaciones porque de lo contrario las autoridades competentes, ¿cuáles?, habrían prevenido el ataque de ayer."

La prontitud con que el CISEN de Imaz se lanzó meses atrás para IMPEDIR una presunta acción contra el lopezobradorista Ricardo Monreal Avila...curiosa, significativamente no se aplicó en favor de las protestas contras las Reformas constitucionales del Presidente de la República. Raro, ¿verdad? Por no decir que sospechoso.

Por eso es que enytre los analistas de Inteligencia, ya se habla de divorcio.

De una necesaria y sana separación. Porque los analistas de Inteligencia creen en más en una infidelidad de Peña Nieto...que en "prudencia" o "el factor sorpresa", argumentados por los cercanos colaboradores (?) del Presidente de México.

El zedillato --que junto con la Presidencia de la República en las elecciones del 2012, ahora está  PAN aliancista que tripulóininterrumpidamente desde la dirigencia de Luis Felipe Bravo Mena hasta la ya desfalleciente de Madero--, acaba de recibir otra sanción prescrita en laLey del Talión por parte del régimen de Enrique Peña Nieto, Presidente al que aquél ha pretendido acosar desde la indispensable y urgente detención de Elba Esther Gordillo, cajera durante 18 años del maximato.

En efecto, vía una "filtración" periodística, se acaba de hacer pública la escandalosa nómina y la estructura de mando del CISEN. Junto, claro, con la revelación de algunos de los lujos que --con cargo a nuestros impuestos--, se dieron quienes lo manejaron en la última parte del sexenio anterior, así como su "estrategia" de esconderle información privilegiada al gobierno de Peña Nieto, que no era propiedad del PAN, ni de Felipe Calderón...sino del Estado mexicano.

La revelación que acaba hacer la prestigiada revista Contralínea, no tiene desperdicio, pues como todo analista de Inteligencia sabe, corresponde a una decisión perfectamente planeada y

decidida...que se produce en el momento en que en medio de "la madre de todas las batallas" que dentro del PAN libra el zedillato (Calderón-Elba Esther-Diódoro Carrasco-Lozano Alarcón-Cordero-Yunes Márquez-González Roaro, etc) para seguir tripulando dicho Partido político...precisa, curiosa, significativamente, se han estado haciendo "filtraciones" de grabaciones telefónicas contra los panistas enemigos del triángulo Zedillo-Calderón-Elba Esther.

En otras palabras, dando-dando.

El que a hierro mata, a hierro muere.

Con la peculiaridad que ha mostrado el actual régimen: que siempre va a la yugular. No le gusta andar con nimiedades. 

La divulgación de grabaciones telefónicas y demás, parecen haber tomado carta de naturalización en una sociedad de cínicos a la que nos llevaron los gobiernos de Ernesto Zedillo, Vicente Fox y Felipe Calderón. Hoy, en los medios, ya nadie discute la ilegalidad de las mismas. La penalidad que hay contra su autoría y, más aún, contra quienes las reproducen en los medios de comunicación.  Por eso, en medio del empleo de las mismas, y más aún dentro del afán de Las Viudas de Elba Esther para tratar de dinamitar el sexenio de Enrique Peña Nieto, parece ser que se decidió enviarles un "hasta aquí".

Enrique Peña Nieto cumplió su parte en las negociaciones privadas llevadas a cabo en el proceso de transición. Y el llamado Pacto por México fue el instrumento a través del cual quedaron institucionalizadas. Los cambios estructurales a cambio del salvoconducto honorable, pues.

Pero la indispensable detención de La Cajera de la Fábrica de Chocolates, Elba Esther Gordillo, propició el rompimiento de las hostilidades por parte del zedillato calderonista, mediante el saboteo al régimen, vía la negativa a aprobar los cambios estructurales convenidos, así como la pretensión de quitar el PAN a los auténticos panistas; ésto último, para endosárselo a las logias socialdemócratas, cuyos militantes han tenido el mismo itinerario: haber pertenecido secuencialmente al CISEN, al PRI, a CONVERGENCIA, al PANAL, al MOVIMIENTO CIUDADANO...y que gracias a las prácrticas aliancistas compradas casta, ingenuamente por Luis Felipe Bravo Mena, César Nava, Manuel Espino, Germán Martínez y Madero, ahora están a punto de apropiarse del PAN, asociados externamente con Cordero y Juan Manuel Oliva, a quien ya también las autoridades parecieron enviarle un mensajito, con la detención de algunos de sus excolaboradores en Guanajuato, por corruptos; precisamente horas después de que Oliva retó al PRI en Puebla y salió en defensa del gobernador de dicha entidad.

Nieto, van saliendo del closet los corruptos, con los que el calderonismo podrá pagar sus pretensiones: Elba Esther, Yunes (cuyo hijo Fernando llegó al senado por el panismo), César Nava, la ex Procuradora Morales, ex militares que inculparon injustamente al general Angeles. etc. Asunto aparte es que en vez de actuar institucionalmente, los ex del CISEN hayan hecho hasta se reunión de fin de semana para "administrarle" la entrega de información a la administración de Peña Nieto. Olvidando que el CISEN no es una entidad particular, ni mucho menos partidista, sino encargada de la estabilidad y seguridad nacionales.

* Shipments of capital into the country - from U.S. to Mexico, on behalf of farmers who have been illegally or legally admitted to the American Union in the hope of a decent standard of living - has deteriorated significantly as a result of the crisis in the U.S..
