The meeting of the Presidents of Mexico and the United States in Washington, has two peculiarity:

1 .- Both Barck Obama Felipe Calderón received the vote of punishment in the recent elections in their respective countries on Sunday in the Mexican state of Yucatan, and on Tuesday night in the primaries in several states of the United States.

Could they operate behind the backs of President Calderon, both as Gomez Cesar NavaMont?

Burying all its maneuvers to the President of the Republic?

If this is so: then what happens in Mexico? How far does the real power of the President? Is it deceived the President?

Clearly, if acted behind the back of President Calderon, then so too should resign. No President can accept such a situation.

Today, what is at stake, what is left in doubt, before this scandal, is the very credibility of President Calderon.

New Yalta: Now Allocating Mexico

The image corresponds to a recess of the board held from 4 to 11 February 1945, the Soviet Joseph Stalin, Franklin Roosevelt and American English Winston Churchill in that city. The host was the Communist dictator Stalin.

The PAN act as if democracy was an end and not, as is, only half. But precisely this act to the contrary, taking democracy as "the end" in itself, all that shows is - as we have already stated on other occasions - that in some circles "Catholic" has occurred profound doctrinal confusion that has led them to invest the means with ends. They have reduced the Social Doctrine of the Church to a false concept of "transition" to democracy.

CALDERON:¿"PACTO SOCIAL" EN LO OSCURITO CON CARDENAS?

¿Caerá el Presidente mexicano Felipe Calderón en la trampa?.

La nomenklatura mexicana, formada por los heredederos de los viejos grupos politicos promotores del proyecto estatalista y socializante que se echó a andar en 1917, pretende recuperar el control político del país, al obligar al actual Presidente Felipe Calderón a negociar con ella un "nuevo pacto social", el año próximo.

Con motivo del bicentenario del inicio de la Revolución que impidió en México el cambio mediante la vía pacífica y democrática, los viejos grupos estatalistas y socializantes han lanzado una ofensiva que busca sentar al actual mandatario mexicano en una mesa donde firme con ellos un nuevo reparto del poder.

En otras palabras, lo que en forma reiterada han perdido en las urnas Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas y su grupo marxista, ahora intentan recuperarlo en lo oscurito, esto es, como en Aguascalientes y Querétaro en 1917, en una mesa de negociaciones que les permita obtener una tajada del poder político mexicano, que perdieron desde el fin de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.

Hay tres datos que ningún que se precie de ser analista de la escena pública mexicana, puede pasar por alto:

1.- La declaración del mismo Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas, cabeza visible de las viejas facciones obregonista, callista y cardenista que abandonaron el PRI ante el triunfo de la corriente modernizadora del salinismo, y decidieron formar el PRD:

"México necesita un nuevo modelo de desarrollo que parta de un gran pacto social y que tenga como eje una verdadera reforma fiscal que cobre a quien más recursos tiene", dijo el lunes en Guadalajara.

2.- La elaboración de un libro editado por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, titulado "México ante la crisis. Un nuevo rumbo de desarrollo", a través del cual se pretende inspirar una reversión al incipiente proceso modernizador del país, acusándolo falsamente de generar la actual crisis que se padece.

3.- La propuesta formulada por distintos voceros del cardenismo, para que Felipe Calderón acepte pactar un nuevo "pacto social" con los representantes de las viejas corrientes políticas, o de lo contrario padecer una debacle económica.

Insistimos: con dicha presión, lo que pretenden es obtener lo que perdieron en las urnas; recibir en lo oscurito, de manos de Calderón, lo que el pueblo, en forma reiterada, les ha negado en las elecciones, en las que el PRD (Partido de la Revolución Democrática) ha perdido terreno en forma consecutiva. 

Pero veamos, para una mejor comprensión de nuestros lectores, lo que la aparentemente generosa búsqueda de un "nuevo pacto social" esconde. Se puede observar, aunque sea en forma breve, desde dos ópticas:

* La histórica.

* La contractualista. 

En efecto, hay que recordar que después de realizadas las primeras elecciones democráticas de México, llegaron al poder en forma pacífica tanto Francisco Madero a la Presidencia de la República como diversos personajes políticamente independientes a los gobiernos de los estados y al Congreso. 

El ascenso de esa nueva generación de gobernantes, legisladores y funcionarios administrativos ajenos a las logias masónicas, no resultó del agrado de los viejos grupos liberales que, con apoyo del gobierno de Estados Unidos, decidieron organizar un golpe de estado, al que siguieron años de lucha por el control nacional que se conocen como Revolución Mexicana.

El inicio del fin de los enfrentamientos se forjó mediante la realización de negociaciones entre las facciones que derivaron en "un pacto social", con la redacción de la Constitución de 1917. Esta última fue un documento radical, con un caracter estatalista y socializante que imprimió un caracter adicionalmente antireligioso al "nuevo modelo de desarrollo" de los revolucionarios; modelo que procreó la Guerra Cristera, alentada por el repudio popular ante la persecución gubernamental a la Iglesia y a la religión.

El mayor grado de radicalismo estatalista y socializante de los gobiernos emanados de la Revolución Mexicana se dió durante el mandato de Lázaro Cárdenas. Pero después, al término de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, al producirse la Guerra Fría y el liderazgo estadunidense, los gobiernos mexicanos abandonaron el radicalismo, el jacobinismo, el estatalismo y el socialismo, para asumir una posición pargmática, que generó un ambiente de estabilidad, de concordia, crecimiento y desarrollo, reconocidos por todo el mundo.

Sin embargo,este sano proceder de los gobiernos posrevolucionarios --desde Manuel Avila Camacho hasta Gustavo Díaz Ordaz, y luego de Miguel de la Madrid a Carlos Salinas de Gortari--, ha molestado enormemente a la corriente cardenista-socialista, que ve a todas esas administraciones como "traidoras" al llamado "proyecto histórico de la Revolución Mexicana".

Cuando la corriente cardenista dentro del PRI vio perdida la posibilidad de dar un viraje al rumbo nacional, al ser destapado Carlos Salinas de Gortari como candidato presidencial, decidi´po abandonar el Partido Revolucionario Institucional para formar, junto con el Partido Comunista Mexicano, lo que hoy se conoce como PRD. 

En forma reiterada, el grupo cardenista-socialista ha tratado de recuperar el poder perdido y reorientar el rumbo nacional, mediante un "nuevo modelo de desarrollo" donde, como el propio Cárdenas acaba de decir el lunes 30 de noviembre, se sancione al capital. ¡Ah....! pero como no tienen capacidad para ello, están tratando de forzar al debilitado gobierno del actual Presidente Calderón a "un pacto social" que con su concurso, su participación, les permita otra vez tener una jugosa rebanada del pastel político mexicano y reimponer el viejo modelo estatalista y socializante.

Esto es, para nuestros lectores, la traducción al cristiano de lo que significa la pretensión de Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas y los intelectuales socialistas de forzar a Calderón a la firma de "un pacto social" que permita establecer un "nuevo modelo de desarrollo". Porque hay que recordar que como intelectualmente forman parte de la corriente contractualista, ellos estiman que mediante pactos es como se establece el orden social.

Ellos no quieren darse cuentas de que por encima de los "pactos" está la vida democrática, y las elecciones en particular.

Están verdaderamente mal. 

Siguen estacionados en el pasado. 

Las elecciones democráticas han sustituido a las revoluciones armadas, y en lugar de "pactos" está el Congreso, donde se debate abiertamente el rumbo nacional. Es lo que ellos, los cardenistas-socialistas, no quieren entender. Como buenos contractualistas, insisten en el pacto, en la concertacesión, en lo oscurito, en el documento escrito en donde ellos quieren firmar y decidir, como si tuvieran la representación nacional. Las elecciones han sustituido esos pactos, esas convenciones como las de Aguascalientes y Querétaro. Ahora todo es abierto y no entre facciones, sino entre los representantes por los que la ciudadanía votó y llevó a las Cámaras. 

Esperamos, pues, que quede claro para todos. Y especialmente para el Presidente Calderón. Por el bien del país.
