Calderón Divide al PAN: Pelean por Huesos

El gobierno mexicano, que encabeza Felipe Calderón, parece haber sido descubierto "con las manos en la masa": tratando de imponereste fin de semana al nuevo dirigente de la Organización Demócrata Cristiana de América, mediante una "elección de estado".

En otras palabras,tratando de replicar a nivel continental el prototípico modelo mexicano de una "elección sucia".

O quizá, para ser más gráficos y ajustados a las experiencias electorales más recientes de México, aplicar el mismo método que permitió al gobernador mexicano Fidel Herrera Beltrán (quien mereció un reconocimiento público después de las elecciones por parte de las logias masónicas veracruzanas), conseguir el triunfo de su candidato al gobierno del estado de Veracruz: "arreglar" las elecciones en forma previa, por la vía telefónica.

La denuncia fue formulada en el exterior, por los dirigentes demócrata cristianos de Colombia y Cuba, y consiste en tres sucesos que no hanpasado desapercibidos para analistas nacionales y extranjeros:

1.- Que Felipe Calderón estaría tratando de tener injerencia directa en la vida interna de la Organización Demócrata Cristiana de América, que agrupa a 25 partidos y movimientos de 25 países del Continente.

2.- Que Felipe Calderón estaría tratando de aprovechar su condición de Presidente de México para tratar de influir directamente con jefes de estado del mismo Continente --mediante llamadas telefónicas--, para forzar el voto en favor de su propio candidato.

3.- Que Felipe Calderón estaría aplicando el mismo mecanismo que fue reprobado en México semanas atrás, cuando se revelaron grabaciones de conversaciones telefónicas del gobernador prista del estado de Veracruz, "arreglando" los comicios a través de llamadas por el movil.

Si bien esta denuncia provocó gran revuelo internacional y obligó a la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México a emitir un comunicado, también es cierto que a algunos analistas nacionales y extranjeros, este presunto proceder del Presidente mexicano sólo estaría reiterando una práctica que le han detectado a lo largo de su mandato:

A) Romper la cohesión del partido político que formalmente lo llevó al poder, el PAN, mediante el fomento a la división interna, a través dela marginación y en algunos casos hasta linchamiento político de militantes del ala doctrinal, identificados con la doctrina social cristiana, y

B) La búsqueda también afanosa de la confrontación entre los propios militantes del ala doctrinal, Manuel Espino y Jorge Ocejo, al tratar de convertirlos en una especie de perros: peleados por un "hueso".

La reciente detención del narco-candidato del partido gubernamental PAN y del socialista PRD al gobierno del turístico estado mexicano de Quintana Roo, Gregorio Sánchez Martínez, se ha convertido en una bomba política tanto en México como en Estados Unidos:

1.- Ha puesto al descubierto los nexos entre funcionarios de inteligencia de la dictadura castrista en Cuba, con bandas de narcotraficantes que operan en México.

2.- Ha revelado a los analistas de inteligencia de ambos países cómo detrás de la campaña internacional en contra de la llamada Ley Arizona, se encuentran bandas de narco-comunistas encargados de infiltrar desde México el territorio estadunidense, mediante ilegales cubanos, chinos y rusos.

3.- Ha convalidado la hipótesis de los centros de inteligencia, en el sentido de que uno de los objetivos de la inteligencia cubana es "sembrar" en territorio mexicano a agentes castristas que, ya sea mediante el matrimonio con ciudadanos de éste país o bien a través del proceso de nacionalización, buscan penetrar los órganos políticos de México para tripularlos en beneficio de sus intereses.

4.- Ha demostrado el afán de los castristas por manipular la política interior de México, al pretender que una cubana, esposa del narco candidato Gregorio Sánchez Martínez, esto es, Niurka Alba Sáliva Benítez, se convierta en "candidata" y hasta "gobernadora" del estado mexicano de Quintana Roo, en tanto su marido se mantiene bajo proceso judicial. Lo inicial era ser la "primera dama" del estado.

No hay que olvidar algunos elementos significativos:

* Niurka, la esposa del narco candidato de la alianza PAN-PRD al gobierno de Quintana Roo, es hija de José Ángel Sáliva Pino, coronel del Ministerio del Interior en Cuba, que labora para los servicios de espionaje (inteligencia) del castrismo.

* El coronel cubano Sáliva Pino, en efecto, "siempre ha estado cerca de Fidel Castro".

* Existen testimonios de que la misma Niurka está directamente involucrada con la infiltración de ilegales cubanos, rusos y chinos a Estados Unidos, vía México:

 “La esposa de Greg, Saliva Benítez Niurka Alba, aprovechando su origen cubano, se encargaba de contactar a sus paisanos y a sus familiares en Estados Unidos, a quienes le pedía el pago para sacarlos de la isla.

“Junto con Niurka trabajaba Boris del Valle Alonso, quien era integrante de Los Zetas. También participaba el Puma, integrante de la corporación policial de la ciudad de Cancún, quien se encargaba de la plaza de Los Zetas. Boris llevaba la contabilidad del ingreso de los indocumentados rusos, chinos y cubanos, pues según la nacionalidad se le tenía que entregar un pago puntual al Puma".

* Por lo demás, se ha descubierto también que el asesor de seguridad del narco candidato panista-perredista Greg, es hijo de un ex ministro del Interior, en Cuba. 

* Debe citarse que "en 2004, Greg fue acusado en Chiapas de homicidio calificado y robo con violencia. Los hermanitos de Greg: David, Feliciano y Daniel, purgan condenas acusados por actividades relacionadas con el crimen organizado. Siempre, según Castrillón y su reportaje, Magdalena Sánchez, la hermana de Greg, fue detenida en el aeropuerto de la ciudad de México con su esposo y con 300 mil dólares cuyo origen no pudieron comprobar". 

De todo lo anterior, los analistas de inteligencia coinciden:

a) Greg estaba blindado por la inteligencia cubano-castrista.

b) Los vínculos bajo los cuales parecía estar sujeto a aquella, eran esponsales, afectivos y económicos.

c) La cobertura que le ha ofrecido el partido gubernamental PAN, es producto de la inocencia, de la candidez reiterada del presidentre formal, visible, de dicho partido, César Nava y de quienes lo asesoran y promueven.

d) Es evidente que la acción judicial emprendida contra el narco candidato no se había querido ejercer; así lo demuestra el tiempo que había permanecido dormida la delación contra él, contra su esposa y contra los demás involucrados, por parte del testigo protegido. Y así lo corrobora la propia declaración del secretario de Gobernación (Interior) de México, Fernando Gómez Mont, en el sentido de que el partido izquierdista PRD, había sido informado tiempo atrás de las pesquisas. 

e) Por lo demás, salta una seria, comprometedora interrogante: tanto desde que Greg fue incriminado por el testigo protegido, como inmediatamente después de los resultados de las investigaciones financieras, fiscales y familiares que corroboraron su participación con el crimen organizado, ¿no era lógico suponer que tanto la Secretaría de Gobernación (Fernando Gómez Mont), como la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (Genaro García Luna) y la Secretaría de Hacienda (Ernesto Cordero Arroyo), informaran tanto al Presidente Felipe Calderón como a César Nava de el riesgo, la inconveniencia, de convertir al narcopolítico en candidato del partido oficial PAN?

f) ¿Acaso cabe suponer que todos los secretarios de estado comprometidos en esas investigaciones le ocultaron la información a Felipe calderón? ¿Deliberadamente le escondieron los datos al presidente nominal, visible, del PAN, César Nava? Esto último no es posible creerlo, porque el propio secretario de Gobernación, Gómez Mont, ha declarado que desde tiempo atrás ya se había informado al PRD de las investigaciones.

Bueno, señoras y señores, entonces llegamos al cuestionamiento final: ¿por qué, si en Los Pinos, en el PAN y en el PRD se sabía de las investigaciones, PAN y PRD insistieron en mantener la candidatura del narcopolítico? 

Pero peor todavía:

¿Qué hizo dar marcha atrás al secretismo gubernamental en torno a los antecedentes y operaciones clandestinas del narcocandidato panista-perredista y su asociación con los cárteles  vinculados con los círculos de inteligencia cubano-castristas? ¿Qué los obligó a detener al narcocandidato, aún a costa del prestigio del partido oficial?

La respuesta, según los analistas de inteligencia, está en Washington.  

Sí, en Washington.

Es lo que dicen.

 

Benefits to dictators like Chavez and Castro a "new OAS without U.S. or Canada

Create a "new OAS without U.S. participation and Canada, is not in itself a breakthrough, but can become a serious political setback:

1 .- Only benefits the Castro dictatorship,

2 .- Give certificate of naturalization to the daily violation of basic human rights that is occurring in countries with governments openly Communist ideology, like Cuba and Venezuela, for example, and

3 .- It seems to confirm the socialist or social orientation of its foreign policy has assumed that the current Mexican government headed by Felipe Calderón, in contradiction to the Christian Democratic membership of the party that brought him to power.

The same Report of the OAS expresses the clear violations of personal freedom in exercising their rights, such as speech, such as disseminating ideas and information, and how "a pattern of impunity in cases of violence" against people who disagree with the Marxist-Leninist government of Chavez.

Remember that even in Venezuela Chavez's government has banned the distribution and reading of works such as The Little Prince and Don Quixote de la Mancha, which it considered "subversive".

Reports by human rights violation, annoy dictatorial governments. Curious, significantly, the proclamation of "the new OAS without the U.S. and Canada" arrived at the same time when the Castro dictatorship was condemned by the United States and European countries, due to the death of a respected human rights defender in Cuba, Orlando Zapata Tamayo, on Tuesday 23 February this year after a hunger strike for 80 days.

As if that were not enough above, the Castro ordered the arrest of dozens of opposition during the Wednesday 24, with the purpose that had not come to the funeral of Zapata Tamayo.

It is clear that any such actions would no longer be neither investigated nor sanctioned by a"New OAS without the U.S. and Canada", because the Castro, Chavez, Evo Morales, Kirchner and the other way would create institutions to their advantage, for their benefit. No one to "scold".

Castro y Chávez, beneficiados por Política Exterior Mexicana

* LA 'NUEVA OEA' SIN EU Y CANADA LEGITIMA LAS DICTADURAS

* LA ACTUAL 'OEA' CONDENA A CASTRO Y CHAVEZ POR VIOLAR DERECHOS 

* ESTA SEMANA: REPRESION Y MUERTE EN CUBA; REPORTE CONTRA CHAVEZ

Crear una "nueva OEA" sin la participación de Estados Unidos y Canadá, no es en sí mismo un avance sino que puede convertirse en un grave retroceso político:

1.- Sólo beneficia a la dictadura castrista,

2.- Da carta de naturalización a la cotidiana violación de los derechos humanos fundamentales que se está dando en países con gobiernos de ideología declaradamente comunista, como Cuba y Venezuela, por ejemplo, y

3.- Parece confirmar la orientación socialista o socialdemócrata de su política exterior que ha asumido el actual gobierno mexicano que encabeza Felipe Calderón, en contradicción con la membresía demócrata-cristiana del partido que lo llevó al poder.

En efecto, en Cancún se realizó una reunión de Presidentes. Ahí, el gobierno de Felipe Calderón encabezó la demanda de crear un nuevo organismo que aglutine a los países latinoamericanos, pero sin el concurso de Estados Unidos y Canadá. 

Esta propuesta, que se ha presentado como un triunfo, parece en realidad un retroceso. Para quienes han olvidado la historia, debemos recordar que hace 48 años, en Punta del Este, Uruguay, se llevó a cabo la Octava Reunión de Consulta de Ministros de la Organización de Estados Americanos y durante ella se acordó la expulsión del gobierno castrista de ese organismo, en virtud de la incompatibilidad de los principios libertarios y propósitos del Sistema Interamericano.

La junta se llevó a cabo en enero de 1962, quizá cuando muchos de nosotros no nacíamos o éramos muy pequeños.

Las claras violaciones a los derechos humanos practicadas por la dictadura de los hermanos Castro --Fidel y Raúl--, debido a la orientación declaradamente marxista-leninista de su gobierno, motivó que el régimen impuesto por la vía armada en Cuba, fuera expulsado de la OEA.

No fue una acción en contra del pueblo cubano, sino contra la dictadura castrista.

A partir de ahí, en forma reiterada, la consuetudinaria violación de los derechos humanos por parte de la dictadura castrista, fue documentada, sancionada y condenada por parte de la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.

La susodicha Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos de la OEA no únicamente condenó a Cuba, sino a otros gobiernos, de acuerdo a las denuncias, las investigaciones realizadas por los especialistas y las evaluaciones finales de sus miembros, que aparecen en sus denominados "Reportes".

La defensa de los derechos fundamentales llevó últimamente a la misma Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos de la OEA a condenar, por ejemplo, las prácticas del gobierno de Hugo Chávez. Sin ir más lejos, precisamente hoy, jueves 25 de febrero de 2010, dió a la luz pública un voluminoso Reporte de 319 páginas, en el que se da cuenta de que en Venezuela "Se está utilizando el poder punitivo del Estado para intimidar o sancionar a personas en virtud de su opinión política".

El mismo Reporte de la OEA manifiesta las claras violaciones a la libertad de las personas en el ejercicio de sus derechos, como el de expresarse, como el de divulgar ideas e informaciones, y cómo "existe un patrón de impunidad en los casos de violencia" ejercida contra personas que disienten del gobierno marxista-leninista de Chávez.

Hay que recordar que incluso en Venezuela, el gobierno de Chávez ha prohibido la difusión y lectura de obras como El Principito y El Quijote de la Mancha, por considerarlas "subversivas". 

Los Reportes por la violación de los derechos humanos, molestan a los gobiernos dictatoriales. Por ello el pueblo venezolano ha demandado la presencia de comisionados de la OEA que den cuenta independiente de la violación a sus derechos por parte de Chávez, tal y como lo revela la fotografía que reproducimos, de una de las tantas marchas contra el dictador venezolano. Es por ello que una "nueva OEA sin Estados Unidos y Canadá", puede producir dos efectos inmediatos de caracter negativo:

A) Da carta de naturalización a los dictadores en medio de gobiernos democráticos, y

B) Busca eliminar la vigilancia en el respeto a los derechos humanos.

El pretexto es "la unidad".

Curiosa, significativamente, la proclamación de "la nueva OEA sin Estados Unidos y Canadá", llegó en el mismo momento en que la dictadura castrista era condenada por Estados Unidos y los países Europeos, debido a la muerte de un reconocido defensor de los derechos humanos en Cuba, Orlando Zapata Tamayo, el martes 23 de febrero de este año, luego de una huelga de hambre durante 80 días.

Por si no bastara con lo anterior, los Castro ordenaron la detención de decenas de opositores, durante el miércoles 24, con el propósito de que no acudieran a los funerales de Zapata Tamayo.

Es evidente que todo este tipo de acciones ya no serían ni investigadas, ni sancionadas por una "nueva OEA sin Estados Unidos y Canadá", puesto que los Castro, Chávez, Evo Morales, los Kirchner y demás crearían instituciones a modo, a su favor,  para su beneficio. Sin nadie que los "regañe". 

Como se puede, pues, observar, las perjudicadas serían o serán las personas. 

Ahora, los dictadores van a ser juez y parte en materia de derechos humanos.

Since 25 September 2009, warned that because of his misguided government decisions, and their eagerness to restore presidentialism, Mexican President Felipe Calderón had lost the election last July, and with them the popular support, the leadership within his own party, and support from their natural allies. And to handle such a scenario, Calderon seemed to follow the advice or example of Ernesto Zedillo, who face a similar scenario that he lived as president in 2000 declined the presidency of Mexico give the opposition candidate, Vicente Fox, rather than admit triumph of the candidate of his own party, the PRI, Francisco Labastida Ochoa.

3 .- In the United Nations last December the Mexican representative voted for a motion supported by social democratic governments and encouraged by the gay and abortion lobbies, which was rejected by a majority of African countries, Muslims and the Caribbean.

4 .- The president of Mexico's ruling party visible, Cesar Nava, opened the doors of that body to the socialist exlegisladora Ruth Zavaleta, a supporter of abortion and marriages between persons of the same sex, which he described as "woman of exception."

 

5 .- The PAN announced that not only ally itself with the Socialists in elections the PRD's Oaxaca state, but in other entities, such traditionally Catholic Puebla, Hidalgo, Durango, which also held elections this year.

6 .- The president himself visible PAN Cesar Nava, highlighted by some supposedly of Catholic doctrine rejected any argument against the legalization of marriages between same sex and the granting of rights to enable them to adopt children, adopted by the socialist PRD legislators in Mexico City. By contrast, after publicly denying God based on moral or assumed liberal behavior, announcing the completion of a survey.

7 .- It was announced that Mexico will come to Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez. He will meet with the President Felipe Calderón in Cancun, the favorite recreational site millionaires. How far are willing to go the government and the PAN, in its attempt to try to prevent the expected return of the PRI to the presidency of the Republic?

A two and half years that the elections in Mexico to elect a new President, that country's current president, Felipe Calderón, seems to act quickly, with the apparent aim of achieving two goals:

1 .- Try to get in that period economic performance has not been in government for three years, and

2 .- Through an expansive economic policy and a turning internal and external to the liking of the Socialist International, to produce steam for a presidential candidate who would seek to impose the political party which nominated him, that is, the PAN (National Action Party ). 

Mexican President Calderon, in effect, times and spaces have diminished dramatically. Within two and half years and will have been held general elections in the country and will know the name of his successor. The fate, then, is cast. The peculiarity of the political times we live in that nation is to meet on the eve of 200 years of its revolution, the leeway for the president are narrowed:

* Citizens, entrepreneurs and foreign, national and foreign groups apolitical human rights defenders, have already expressed openly against excesses and deviations of the armed forces involved in the fight against drug gangs competing for control of the internal market .

* Only 48 hours in this space that we discussed the shift in Mexico's foreign policy to align with the social democratic movement and Socialist International, there were two significant events that would confirm the observation:

A) The Mexican government sent an Air Force plane to try to draw from the failed Tegucijalpa Honduras Manuel Zelaya and exmandatario provide diplomatic asylum. Zelaya has been endorsed by the Socialist International and the Communist International, which explains the logistical and diplomatic Brazilian Socialist regime and the communist propaganda of Hugo Chávez.

B) In practically simultaneously reported a visit by Mexican Foreign Secretary Patricia Espinosa, will make to Cuba to meet with the Castro brothers.

The Mexican government has staked all his pieces in the propaganda war that has taken participation within the armed struggle that claimed by the drug gangs for control of territory. However, faced two serious setbacks:

1 .- In past elections, voters did not respond to the government campaign and had supported the PRI party opsición.

2 .- The people have begun to take to the streets to protest against what are called excesses of government troops in the part taken in the pitched battle between rival drug traffickers. Employers of Juarez, for example, have indicated that elements of government forces have established a kind of protection fees.

Meanwhile, the President has made changes in the economic area of administration. Treasury Secretary Agustin Carstens, oblivious to Calderon's team finally was sent to cover the space reserved Zedillo won since his close friend, Guillermo Ortiz as head: the Bank of Mexico.

But the president also has removed Ernesto Cordero. First, the beginning of his government, embedded as Undersecretary of Finance, placed him as Secretary of Social Development, where the results were meager and of no avail to the PAN and the good image of government, the billions of dollars spent on support through this social dependence. Now he becomes Treasury Secretary position has been widely questioned in the circles of analysts, estimated two things:

* First, it does not possess the attributes of men who have been in that position, that is, that would be far from predecessors such as Antonio Ortiz Mena, Antonio Carrillo Flores, Jesus Silva Herzog, Francisco Gil Díaz ...

* Second, that position, mainly technical, the connotation would be vote-buying that little benefit if it pays off, as they say, its new owner, Ernesto Cordero is the man they seek to impose Calderón his party, the PAN, so that is the presidential candidate in elections to be held within one and a half in Mexico. Whether in the case of Lamb or the other close to the current President, it is clear that seeking to build an image of which certainly lack all: popular support among the members PAN and knowledge and a good image among the bulk of the voters.

If the latter is true, then we are close to observing a new clash between President Calderón and the foundations of his party, the PAN, very unhappy with the way it has handled the political institution and the government itself.
